Before the arrival

Best price guaranteed. Booking is easy and safe without any extra charge as you are directly in contact with our staff. Change your reservation without long waitings on the phone.

We accept payment by credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, JCB. Bank transfer is accepted, in this case we suggest booking in advance as check-in will be available just after the real accreditation.

No cancellation fees for changes or cancellations within 24hours before the arrival.

Otherwise, a night will be charged in case of changes or no-show.

Specifically for the Salone del Mobile or the Formula One Championship, cancellation is free up to 30 days before the arrival. For guests going to the Milano Fiera, cancellation is free within 7 days before their arrival.

While booking online on our website, pay attention to the terms of cancellation for special offers or holiday packages.

Check the section “Location” on our website, several routes available depending on your starting point.
Self check-in available. Check in available from 03:00 PM of the arrival date. Check out within 10:00 AM of the departure day. Changes available upon requests to our customer service. Book within 09:00 PM and enter your apartment on your own whenever you wish, it is easy and safe. After booking online, you will receive a link by mail. Surf our guests portal using a smartphone, a pc or a tablet. Fill in the form with your data and take a selfie, it is necessary for your identification. Add the data of your travel buddies and settle the payment. You are ready! Our staff verifies your data and, in a few minutes, you will receive a confirmation by mail with the access code and the procedure to enter the room. It is easy, fast and safe. Hospitality becomes smart!

Free Wi-Fi available with fiber, high-speed up to 200 Mb.

Suites and apartments are well furnished and equipped with washing machines, iron, clothes rack, a kitchen with pots, dishes, glasses, cutleries, microwave and toaster. Bathrooms are equipped with bath, latch shower, hair dryer and welcome kit. A TV 32” is at your disposal in the living room of every apartment and, sometimes, in the bedroom too. Heating room control, air conditioning (just in some accommodations), cleaning service and linens change each week. Additional charges for extra housekeeping and sheets changes on demand.

Suites and apartments are on the ground floor with a garden and on the second floor with terrace. We will try to do our best to meet your requests according to the accommodations availability.

Cribs available, on demand (just € 20,00) for children up to 2 years old. Limited cribs available, ask for it while booking your accommodation.

Food service available in every accommodation. Breakfast is not available but we provide you with a welcome kit made up of single-doses of tea, coffee, infusions and biscuits. Bottles of water available in the fridge.
Several kinds of parking available depending on your needs. Free shared parking with limited lots. Parking reservation is not available. Private parking in the basement on demand.

Your pet is welcome here. Extra charges are required una tantum for the whole duration of the journey. The total amount of € 20,00/each is for the cleaning service and we accept 2 small/medium pets, maximum. Please inform us in advance so we can organize everything at the best.

The city tax has to be paid for the Cinisello Balsamo district and it is not included in the booking rate. It is just € 1,00 per night per person up to 5 nights maximum, you can pay it at your arrival. Exemption from city tax for minors and for specific categories of guests.

Go to via Robecco and walk around shops and small stores. The city center is just 800 meters far from the apartments and in front of them, at just 150 meters, there is a big shopping center open 7 days a week.
All the accommodations are smoking free, according to the Italian regulations, anyway, there is a terrace and/or a garden per apartment.
Yes, the facility is provided with lifts.

The facility offers apartments with a double room, a single room and a double sofa bed in the living room.

After my departure

Contact our customer service to check your data, perhaps there is a mistake in the email address or in the access code. You can also use the form online: www.aparthotelmilanoinn.it

You will receive the deposit within 48 hours from the check-out. Deposit will be blocked, prior to informing the client, just in case of damages. The same could happen in case we find dishes and/or hobs totally dirty. Everything is at your complete disposal and it is free. You have just to give it back clean.

In case the damages entity exceeds the deposit, the extra cost will be charged on the client credit card.
